I came into the store to add my husband to my plan and set him up with his first cellphone and number. The customer service was great! We ordered a phone for my spouse, and made some changes to my plan to accommodate him. In 2 business days the phone will arrive. The service was helpful and informative. The Verizon assistant took the time to trouble shoot a separate tech question for me before I left for the day.
