This is the most unorganized hospital ive ever been too! I brought my daughter there for pre-0p spent four hours waiting, they had no information as to when her surgery would be, they were confused with the dates of the 5th of july and the 12th, they had her go to slocum dickson for blood work pre surgery when they just had it done at this hospital, then wanted me to drive an hour back down there for a covid test that clearly could have been done here in utica ny where we reside, and they would have received the results in an hour!! So i had to take a day off from work on friday july 8th to drive an hour from utica for a 5 minute test at Hamilton hospital!! This made no sense at all!! Now i have to take two more days off because my daughter has to be there at 7:00 a.m. on tuesday july 12th. Stay for her surgery if allowed then drive back on Wednesday after work to pick her up!! How inconsiderate, and inconvenient!! None of the responsible staff cared,!! I told my daughter never again!! Find a new doctor and hospital!! Community is not it!! On a scale of 1-10 community is 0!!!

Don't go here unless you want to be completely invalidated and ignored by a doctor who's built like a bad lego man. Would give a zero star review if I could, you're better off going to Norwich hospital, which is saying something. DO BETTER

Today I had a great experience at this hospital. I have not been to any hospitals in two and half years because i heard from other that is was not a kind Environment.but myself today everyone was kind . I hate going to hospitals or doctors but There was a nurse his name was Steve and he was very kind. Then had two other people named Kim and Amy that listen to me and did not Assumed I had covid. Sue was the kind Lady at the front desk was very Concerned about me. So I had Upper respiratory infection and and bronchitis and and fluid on my ears. And took very good care of me . Thankyou for all your kindness.
