Staff is undertrained and inadequate in their role. Only two member of staff on duty with a line of 4 people in store. One employee is found outside assisting customers with batteries while Staff member Jacob is the only person in store. unfortunately Jacob couldn’t take my return. I did not have a receipt, although my card is on file with specified items as well as having a Ny state ID to verify. I waited in the store for a total of 12 minutes to be told he could not return said items. Very displeased and WILL NOT support this business in the future. Thanks JACOB..
