Had a couple problems on move in, with in 2 weeks they fixed them. Then we found a roach 2 weeks in and there gonna have some one come spray our unit… I hope it works.

they are very scared that if you have tubs on top of your car that you’re homeless and here to rob them. they will call the cops if you have tubs on your car. make sure you have no tubs on your car or else the Palms management will get scared and call the cops on you. Very sad to say the least.

During my apartment hunt I drove past the Palms and it caught my eye immediately. It is such a beautiful property. Looks like a resort. I called and left a message to tour the apartment and I got a call back immediately and was able to schedule a viewing for the next day. Leanne took me on the tour of the apartment and the complex, she was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of my questions and I could tell she was passionate about the complex. When I got home to fill out the application I had many questions, I called and talked to Leanne probably 4-5 times and she was consistently friendly, understanding, and patient. Leanne made the process of looking for an apartment fun and exciting rather than stressful and tedious, like it had been at some of the other apartments I toured. I am waiting on my application to get approved so I can move in and Leanne assured me she would continue to walk me through that process as well.

I have lived at The Palms for close to five years. Community Director Donelle is very skilled at her work. She's friendly, kind, light-hearted and receptive and responsive to concerns. The people in the office answer the phone during their business hours. That matters to me. I think there are 500 apartments here which is like taking care of a small town. This morning, a maintenance person came over (with proper notice), to change the air filter. The maintenance department is the best too. Always responsive like Donelle and the other people currently in the office. I love living here. The Palms is a fun place and it's like being on vacation when using the amenities.
