My mother and I have been battling them for months over a bed big infestation. Whenever I spoke to the manager, she was extremely rude and showed very little concern for the tenants well being. Getting her out ( apartment was finally sprayed) as the morale of this place has gone downhill. I don't know if it's under a new management but they don't care and are becoming slum lords and taking advantage of elderly people. I can't imagine what the resident's that don't have family face there. I would never write such a bad review bit I am genuinely concerned about the safety of the resident's there. Especially when they believe they have a social worker who works there. Yes she is a social worker but isn't employed as one there and isn't practicing as one so why is she telling them she is? They go to her for help thinking she is gonna advocate for them but really she works for the complex. Badddd place. Please don't stay here unless they get a better management team. Used to be great so it's really sad, especially with the limited options for subsidized senior apartments in this area without a 2 year min waitlist.

What a nightmare! Terrible atmosphere. Dirty. Manager has wrecked havoc with her unprofessional actions and scraping the bottom of the barrel for tenants. The inept way the bedbug infestation (years long) is addressed left me homeless and losing everything I had. Sad for those that must stay. A heartbreaking situation being ignored. BEDBUGS!

This is a extremely nice senior living apartment building. Located in mid town Sacramento. Well kept income based senior housing.
