Ordered a small decaf iced coffee. Was told I'd have to wait a little, I said fine. Paid and moved to waiting area. Five minutes later, they brought me a large hot decaf coffee. I said I ordered small and iced, not large and hot. Five more minutes later, they bring me a large regular iced coffee. I was frustrated by the size but decided to take it. But when I asked if it was decaf, they said that's not on the menu. Why did you sell it to me then? Why did you make me wait for a hot decaf, then suddenly decide I wanted regular coffee when I'd specified decaf with the order? I couldn't accept the drink (can't drink caffeine). Could have easily been avoided if the staff had told me this before taking my money and making me wait.

For the most part they are usually quick and the food is nice and hot and fresh hot fries. There's times at late night 🌙 you maybe waiting 10 minutes or a little more to place an order. I do get the staff shortage though. So if you're a third shift person needing dinner better allow enough time for the long wait... mmm..mmm..mmm.. I'm loving it .

Clean, well managed location. Drive thru line moved fast. Order was correct and my fries were hot. The employees were all nice.

I go here a lot. Food as typical. Service times have been getting worse lately. Tonight I watched the latest episode of Moon Knight on my phone in the drive thru. The whole episode. Credits too. I understand that they are short staffed, but 40+ minutes for drive-thru? May have to go elsewhere.
