We came through the drive thru tonight and my husband gave our order to the person on the speaker and after my husband finished our order they asked if he could repeat the whole thing! Then the guy taking our money and handing us our food could not be more rude and you could tell DID NOT want to work! Come on people!!

This is the best Taco Bell, the staff is so courteous, and I have never had a bad meal. Amazing staff and management. Always a good choice in Oxford, OH.

Cold meat on the tacos. No sauce packets, even in back. No forks, spoons, knives. Only a few medium cups though ordered large. Mexican pizza was not even cut, had no tomatoes nor cheese sauce. Store was dirty, some tables and all over the floor. Was not very busy when I was there.

Counter person rude overall both to customers and fellow employees...our order although cold it was correct. Watch dude tell an uber driver to get in the right line next time and maybe his order would be ready in time Uber driver just upped and left.
