This place is horrible, we haven't received any mail in our box for over 2 weeks and the clerk is worthless. Can't tell us anything.

There's a woman that works in this post office that is very rude. If she has to walk to the back for anything she'll tell you she can't do it. I had to go to a post office 25 minutes away just to get a box shipped. I will never go back to this post office again.

Countless items over the last year have been sent to the Augusta facility and rather than being sent to the Grovetown facility, they are forwarded to Atlanta and are always excessively late. I have tried my hardest to only deal with companies that use fed ex or ups so I actually get my stuff on time, or at all.

im sending a package here but its being held at another post office within Augusta, Georgia having the status of waiting to be picked up. I am a AIT student and I cant pick it up at all. How do I know if my package is going to be sent here?
