Eisenhower Pharmacy is the worst experience I have had so far. I would love for the management team to pair with Fort Bliss or other facilities to find more efficient ways to serve the community. I sat in the pharmacy for 2 hours and left without a prescription. I was told I would have to return that afternoon. This was my day off…keep in mind we live 20 minutes away. I was wondering what Officer or Officer’s wife (Colonel and above)will have to endure this process for something to change. Many of the customers who sit in here are retired so my guess is they grit and bear it. I would seriously consider paying for my prescription at CVS for quicker service. One of the young ladies told me it has been like this for years… which is sad. Does no one care? There are too many soldiers that can be used to work a station to help the process…reservists who would love to go on orders. I don’t understand. One star was given because I could not give zero to post this review.

In September 2022, after sustaining an injury and contracting a terrible infection, I went to the ER at Eisenhower. The wound site was bruised, and I was in horrendous pain. Within 10 minutes of checking in, I went through triage then shortly after I was admitted for treatment. Everyone I had contact with was helpful, friendly and professional. The nurse who checked me in, the triage nurse, the people who escorted me from one room to another, the doctor and then finally the nice lady at the pharmacy. I had an excellent experience and was in and out in less than 2 hours. Though I don't make it a habit to go to the hospital, I'd gladly come here again when the need arises.

Call the appointment line sit there for 30 mins waiting to make your appointment no one answers. Rushed car from a lot of PCMs.

Just PO now, my Mom's in the hospital can't go in cause I don't have a military ID. Since Sunday can't get a pass. Had desk on the phone at gate still no. Guess if their Mom is in hospital and can't see her they will feel the same as me.

HIPPA law do not allow for disclosure of such information.
If you live close enough, I would physically go into the clinic. If you are still unsatisfied, do an ICE comment and explain the situation.
You have to get a referral from your primary care provider. But gastroenterology would be the clinic that does the colonoscopy.
Dallin Hall. On post

No, but it does accept retirees.
They used to have ice surveys. They were all over the wall, or at customer service counter.
Because ERs are usually understaffed and filled with non emergency issue patients.
