Gym is very limited on the free weights. but it's not too crowded also not the best AC they have

Pretty Decent gym, lots of options for all types of wods. Wish there was an area to stretch.

Great atmosphere, equipment, and layout. If there was a central AC instead of shop fans and heavy bags/ speed bags to go along with the boxing gloves, this place would get 5 stars.

Questions & Answers

I'm aware that there are mats for wrestling and such but about a week ago I asked if me and a buddy could roll for a bit and they mentioned that we could not(I'm assuming because of covid). Is there any way at all that we could be able to roll now?

Nearby the px they have another mat to roll at, I would try and figure out if you can roll there instead
