I joined Lifetime this week and overall I would describe my experience as Disappointing and will likely not continue with membership. The facility is beautiful and has so much potential. However, the actual gym layout itself and insufficient amount of benching for free weights is the real issue for a gym this large and crowded, even off peak hours. It is nearly impossible to workout arms or chest here, due to only 6 benches, half of which arent even placed in front of a mirror just looking out into a walkway (it’s so awkwardly placed). This would be such an easy solve by adding more benching and free weights along a wall with mirrors, in lieu of the unnecessary amount of cardio equipment (everyone is crammed into one small area of the gym and plenty of space elsewhere). Overall this makes working out here stressful, frustrating and wildly dysfunctional).

Joined before it opened. Everything is brand new. Great facility: plenty of equipment, friendly staff, kept very clean. Those working out are uniformly courteous to others.

Great Gym... Clean, Roomy, Super Nice People and has everything you need including a cafe/spa/rehab for a complete downtown experience 💪🏼

This is a top tier health facility - I mostly enjoy the amazing Sushi Chef who crafts great dishes.
