The fitness training was a inexperienced guy with a paper he ask u what u trying to do then he take you through the place and show u the machines u can use to do it.then he tell u 3 reps of 12 should work. He show u how to use them and that's it. They don't weigh or measure anything.

For members aged 13-17, the first time they come into the club, they must have a parent/guardian present to sign the membership agreement to keep in member’s file. Minors 13-14 need to be accompanied by a parent/guardian at every visit. Minors that sign up online must have a parent accompany them to sign their waiver at their first visit.
