Not sure, but 4th of July items are 75% off.
HL does have a selection of cards right before the birthday party section of the store, but I am not sure if they sell Blue Mountain Cards. Maybe you can call the store before you go. Also try Amy's Hallmark.

Not that I'm aware of. As of now the store hours at the store and on the site say only open until 8pm.
