I usually don't write reviews but when they tell you they will hold something because "their" registers were down DO NOT believe them! I live out of town and even called twice and was told they would hold my items till Friday. Well I find someone to pick them up for me on Thursday and the manager has told them to put it back! It's definitely not my fault I could not purchase my items in the store. Now the one I need is sold out on line. This close to a Christmas I hate to be a grinch but its bad business if you tell a costumer that you will hold something and its not done. I would have been highly ticked off if i made a special trip there for just 12$ pants and they were already sold. Truly thankful for my friend who was already in Augusta to run by there. Carters NOT so much!

I have been here a few times and I love walking in there and the associate always helping me out. I love there clearance ranks because there is always something for my three girls. There parking lot is so convenient. I always find something online and have to always see if they have it at the store to see if I really want it for my kids or not. I have done curbside once but I am currently waiting to hear back as I just placed the order recently. I hope to have a great experience as I always do when I walk in the store. I would recommend to all moms.

For Curbside: Park and call! When you arrive, open your email confirmation and call us. Pop the trunk and we'll pack it up. Contact free! For Pick Up Today: When you arrive, head inside and head to the cash registers with your email confirmation ready. Should be super quick!
Itβs easy to return it to one of our 850+ stores within 90 days. However, you cannot return your items Curbside, you must come into the store. If you're a Rewarding Moments(TM) member, no receipt needed! To return by mail, simply print a return label from MyAccount.
