I am biased -- Brookview Park is a "Modular Home" park (not mobile home; these look like houses) and I worked at that place during high school and first part of college doing landscaping and maintenance work. It's a masterfully and artfully planned place full of (mostly) senior citizens. When we had to move my parents out of their big home, we looked around and ended up at Brookview. Good place to consider. Still continues to be a good place couple years down the road since my parents moved there.

I didn't know that this was a retirement community. I was impressed with the cleanliness and orderliness. Quite a few homes tucked away. Appears very peaceful.

Rent is about $1100 per month. Depends on the space. Its best to pay for these IN FULL or at least 50% down. Loans on these types of homes are very difficult to get - and run about 12% interest. At this moment, water and sewer (and again this can change) are included in the space rent. You would pay any property taxes or registration fees for your home directly to the taxing authority and any other utilities also paid to those providers.
