These people have zero empathy for their fellow citizens. I genuinely wonder how many of them claim to be followers of Jesus Christ. βJust following orders.β

These administrative magistrates have no clue what due process is. Fake judges. Fake processes. All so THE STATE can make a profit. Modern day slavery.

Depends on what the ruling is! If given probation you will ho into a room and fill out paperwork. If going to jail you will be escorted to the side room and placed in a holding cell. If you are allowed to leave then nothing will happen and you may walk out
All goes through the state disbursement unit now. I would call the clerk of court to get THEIR fax #. Its in Columbia.
This question is not related to Aiken County of Clerk Court. If you live in the City of Aiken, go to www.aikencountysc.gov or search Notice of Commencement on google or give the city a call.
Yes
This is an irrelevant question and public need not to know since this pertaining to an individual and not a general question. You need to call Aiken County of Clerk Court to find out.
Contact the South Carolina treasury department in Columbia. If they don't do it they know who does
Depending on the lease agreement. If landlord provide documentation on the tenant's non-payment and the lease agreement firmly stated that the tenant have this many days to pay and if not will be evicted. If that was written and signed by the tenant, landlord can legally evict them with an attorney through court.
Is it a child support warrant? If so call child support enforcement
Check website or call the court house
There is a phone number on the website to call!
Yes.. i believe so
You will need to contact a family court attorney for any legal advice. The Clerks Office only files paperwork and can not answer any legal questions.
Look on the ticket. Half way down is the court's address
Depends on the judge... Can be evicted within 24hrs in some cases. It's a myth that you have 30 days
Why can't they help themselves? Drugs? Mental issue?? Very hard to do ... Get a good lawyer

Varies. 1st appearance? 2bd? Do you have a attorney? Seriously best to call Court house directly!
