Depending on the lease agreement. If landlord provide documentation on the tenant's non-payment and the lease agreement firmly stated that the tenant have this many days to pay and if not will be evicted. If that was written and signed by the tenant, landlord can legally evict them with an attorney through court.
So he can't just come out and tell me I have to go,he hasto have some kind of papers or something
