Lots of Karen's and Carls, but thats to be expected in a 55+ mobile home community. Beautiful landscaping and the option to rent garden plots is really cool. I love all the fall trees changing color. Really cool community center with a ping pong table, pool, library etc

There is no HOA at Pinebrook, only space rent which includes all amenities
Just the space on which your unit sits. The park does maintenance around the park. During season the pool is open and there is a facility for car washing, a library, and garden for growing vegetables and the like.
Space rents depend on the location of the home. I believe they start around $700 monthly and go up from there
