This place is ran terribly! The employees are on edge. They have a horrible turn over rate. Was hoping to stay consistent with one person who knows my pains and only got a text saying my person had been fired no follow up to schedule and when I wanted to cancel the front desk couldn’t help or answer any questions. She told me the manager would call me back it’s been almost a week no call back and I’m still getting charged. Don’t be recommended location. The employees were ok but obviously something is going on behind that makes this place run terrible that makes it so they can’t keep and employee longer than few months.

I wish I could separately review the location and the individual services! Massage was awesome and Ty did a lot to ensure I will give this place another shot. He deserves 5 stars and a bonus. I'm giving 2 stars because I got a last minute cancelation for my microderm appt via text and no compensation, yet had I done the same, I'd have been charged for the service - at least 1/2 of the rate. I live 1.5 hours away (which isn't their fault, but is available to them and they texted 1 hr before my appointment) I'd give 1 star for that but they get a bonus point because the massage I had scheduled was awesome and Ty totally cheered me up.

After every visit they will LIE and say the therapist wants to see you again in 3 weeks such as "... WANTS TO SEE YOU AGAIN IN THREE WEEKS'' AS A WAY TO PRESSURE YOU TO SCHEDULE AGAIN IF I LIKE YOUR SERVICE IM GOING TO COME BACK ON MY OWN

Dishonest business practices. We've been trying to terminate our contract for months. We're nearly pushed to the point of canceling our credit card. If we have to do so, we'll most likely submit a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Do not patronize this business.
