The people are friendly and welcoming. Wave when you drive by. There has been some crime there but very minor. I feel completely safe having my mom live there. I don’t think she could live in a better community of people. A couple of speeders. Probably me. Sorry guys. I will slow down.

It's small dog breeds, not weight of animals. Cost for everything except smudge, is just shy of $1000.00. That is dependent on where in park you want live.
There are a number of mobile homes for sale in Lakeview Village at this time. They sell from between 120 to $220,000. They are all listed by real estate agents. The owners of the property do not list and sell mobile homes here. Space rent which includes water and sewer and trash run around $1,000 per month.
Yes as long as 1 is 55, grandkids are allowed in the clubhouse and in the pool as long as there with an adult

Yes there are several. Eryn wonderful homes in the park for sale. Some 2 bedroom, some three bedroom. Open house most every weekend. During daylight hours you may drive in to park an ser what is available. Signs up on houses for sale.
