I went to the community on Saturday and saw a 2 bedroom it was beautiful and the Manager was phenomenal with the tour and knowledge of the community and neighborhood. I don’t make enough money but if I did this would be home. They was having an event and I asked people about the community and the manager everyone had nothing but positive things to say.

I haven’t lived here long, however my stay thus far has been amazing. Wanda the property manager is awesome and attentive. Carl the maintenance man gets the job done.

Since the New Property Management took Over EVERYTHING IS BEING DONE before Even Asked...Superb Job they even Ask if There anything That needs to be done or what we prefer to be done....VERY SOCIABLE CARING AND PROACTIVE STAFF KEEP UP GREAT WORK

The office doesn't respond to calls or emails, or maintenance requests. They just ignore you. And now this shady business is trying to charge me for water but water is included in my rent per my lease (there is no addendum regarding water either, so it cannot be added in now). I'm receiving threatening emails about being kicked out if I don't pay fees that I never even agreed to pay to begin with. Fees that I legally don't have to pay. I paid what I signed for but they're still telling me my rent is late. Don't move here. It's an absolute nightmare. I will be making complaints with the state attorney general's office and the NC real estate commission. I will not be bullied into paying for something I never agreed to.
