This isn't really a complaint about the restaurant or the people that work there. They did a wonderful job with the staff they had! I just want to remind customers to please have patience with restaurant workers and any other business because they are doing the best they can. Finding people to work is very hard right now, so exercising some patience is the best thing you can do right now. ❤

Drive thru painfully slow. Employees running around inside. Labor shortage is real, and really sad :( They’re doing their best. I guess Montana McDonald’s don’t have hazelnut syrup for their iced coffees like Utah, which is fine.

On my receipt, everything was there. Got home and half my food was missing. Nothing is worse than paying almost $10 for fries and a value burger. It would have been half the price if that was all I ordered. Thanks for the great customer service. I gave three stars because usually they are better.
