They stole my money. I started the process with them in September 2021, was told it would take less than a month. Has now been 10 months and they refuse to refund my money or finish registering my vehicle. A scam.

Easy in and out. Title transfer..paying their fee is better than sitting in DMV. People were nice.

Brought my vehicle in to get it register and was told it would take around a week. Kat and Kerrie stopped responding to phone calls and emails about 2 months in. I have called and emailed over 30 times without any response. I had to go to the office to speak with anyone and to get my papers back and to demand a refund. They said they were going to refund me, but I still haven't seen it, and because they opened a case with the DMV regarding my vehicle, I can't register it myself until they close it. This has been a terrible experience and I am now looking at escalating this complaint through the Better Business Bureau.
