Yes they take utility bills and you can rent without a credit card..they do ask for a 200.00 deposit but you get it back the same day you bring the car back..they are a great place to rent from
1. Proof of address (no past due utility bill and or bank statement) 2. Proof of full coverage insurance. If insurance doesn't transfer full coverage only liability u can pay $19 damage and collision with Rent A Wrecks 3. Proof of valid Drivers License 4. Proof of Monthly income (paystubs, ssi award letter, unemployment compensation etc) And the best thing about them is they take any form of payment (money order, check, cash, prepaid debit, bank, and or credit cards)
