Initially I chose this location based on where it was to my home , but also due to the availability of the vehicle I needed. I made my reservation for pick up between 10am and 11 am. I arrive at location and proceed to be told my reserved vehicle isn't there nor ready. It will arrive at 12 to 1215. THEY offer to schedule my pickup when it is said to arrive and then we go from there. They scheduled my pickup for 1230. I go back home and wait. 1230 then 1pm comes. No call, no Enterprise. I call them and get a Girl on the phone. Around 1 on June 23rd. She proceeds to continue to tell me reasons why they never called me,never showed up,why they don't and won't have my reservation and why she can't and won't find me something else. Her words are "Like I said. Like I said, really snappy. So I get snappy because I didn't hear any apology for NOT CALLING ME OR EVEN PICKING ME UP AS A CUSTOMER WHEN THEY Scheduled IT!! So now I'm not only 3 hrs behind ,but no vehicle and this little girl HANGS UP ON ME BECAUSE I AM OBVIOUSLY QUESTIONING THEIR ACTIONS INTO this whole situation. So I try to do their job and find me a rental amd NOONE at the Airport location will answer the phone. When I actually get in my personal car and drive to the airport location although being nice , the agent was on his phone . He does find me something that could hold nearly everything and everyone but it isn't enough. SO I end up going to HERTZ . They were so helpful and kind and got me in and out. THEN after that little girl hung up on me HOURS previously she calls me back nearly 7 hrs after I was suppose to pick up my reservation to "see" if I still want it. I still did not get what I should have nor any apologies for nit even calling or picking me up. My children and I waited outside in the heat when they said they'd arrive. It is sad customer service has come to snappy children, who hang up when they don't understand the frustrations of a client and then don't even apologize or try to remedy it . Do better Enterprise

Yes you can! Make sure the closing time of the center where you are planning to return the car, aligns with your schedule though. The locations at airport are usually open for longer time (24 hours at some airports).

Probably not. The usual price for the weekend is almost the same as the price for the entire week in my experience.
You can get insurance through them
The refund has to make its way through Corporate to the bank then transfer to your account if it is a cash or check based transaction. Credit card transactions are faster. Its pretty much out of the local agency' s hands once they process the refund. Staff at West Market are good at following up if you feel its been too long give them a call.
