Wife scheduled a 12pm Urgent Care appointment at 8am. We arrived at 11:50am, and it's after 1pm and she hasn't been called back. They've provided no explanation other than respiratory patients waiting on test results are occupying the rooms. I would recommend seeking care at a standalone urgent care facility. There is no telling when you might be seen if you schedule an appointment here. Go elsewhere.

Very poor response from Gastro dept Get no one at nurses desk. Left messages on more than one occasion, no one returns my calls. I even received a letter from Dr Rhoton saying I’m not responding to their calls to me What’s going on???

Yes on the bottom floor
They used to open at 8:30 but not sure. Go to their website and check in so it will save ur place. Helps with wait time as well.
