There was no one to help me. I tired on the shoe on display and it fit me and I told the girl there what I size I wanted and she was so rude just standing there and all she told me she was not to try on the display because she doesn’t wanna lace the shoe back. She instead told someone else the size I need and they never came back. I had to ask a second worker for my size. All the workers were just standing there and one asked if I need help.I been to other finish lines and this wasn’t a good customer experience.

I stopped by here to get shoes and I gotta tell ya, the customer service here is a joke. Every time I’m here I have to get the attention of someone just to let me pick and try on new shoes. I get the shoes, great. Then I go to the cashier and this lady, with the most hideous face ever who doesn’t smile or say ‘ hi how are you today’. Nothing like that, she just has this face that looks miserable and hates her job. If you’re working here and you hate your job, look for something else that doesn’t involve customer service. We are customers and we deserve to be treated with the greatest respect. I can officially say that I’m NEVER coming back here to this dump ever again.

Quick service even though it was super busy. I don't know the woman's name that helped us but she knew her stuff and was super helpful. The sales were great as well.
