Moved in North Point at 68 a few month ago my family and I love the apartment. Staff is so welcoming always greeting you with a smile. Big shout out to Bryan and his team for responding so quickly to out work orders! This is a wonderful place to call home!!

HUGE shoutout to DeDe! She has made my relocation to the area so much easier due to her kind disposition and flexibility! She maintained communication with me throughout the entire process and didn't lose patience with my indecisiveness. I've only been a tenant a few days but the grounds and unit are both nice and rather affordable (considering other properties that don't have as nice upgrades/apartment features). Plus the location is super close to Wendover where there's PLENTY eatery and retail options. Only giving 4 stars because I haven't been here that long and only time will tell on the whole experience, but I pray that it only goes up from here :-)

NorthPoint at 68 is definitely my number one choice! I did not have enough time to spare for a full tour but DeDe did an amazing job with providing necessary information. She was willing to show me the property regardless! However, I was able to tour their amenities which were top tier and the pool is beautiful! I left feeling well educated about their property and application process. DeDe sent me off with apartment options that all fit within my needs and without any questions because she was very detailed, also really friendly! I truly feel that NorthPoint at 68 will be my home! We have lived at North Point on 68 since June of 2021. Great place to live, many amenities. It is safe we’ll taken care of with great neighbors who look out for each other. The lawns, pool and areas are tidy and maintained to a high level of excellence. The staff is friendly, kind and helpful. The location is awesome with easy access to interstates and businesses. The bicentenial trail within walking or riding distance is an added bonus.
