Walked in guy asked if I counted, I said no but please count the last time the lady ripped me off. The violent guy behind counter quote " Get the fyck out that was my mother". Then came at me as I was leaving. Sounds like he already knows that they are ripping you off. VERY disgusted and disappointed.

I've been redeeming my bottles and cans here for over 5 years now. Since I help clean Rt. 9, Rt. 22, and other specific areas and collect returnables from neighbors and friends to donate funds for Elmore SPCA, I usually have 100s at a time. And being a bit on the OCD side, I always clean, try to sort, and pre-count whatever I'm bringing. It helps the staff and they really appreciate it as well!!! I'm usually able to simply walk in and drop off within a few minutes as they don't have to go through everything individually!! Plus, because I've double-checked my count, sometimes I don't even have to wait at all!! This is a really efficient, clean, and well-organized place!! It deserves the effort to prepare your redeemable bottles and cans and rewards it by serving customers quickly. It even has signage stating that dirty and uncounted redeemable items can be refused!! Too many people just don't appreciate the amount of time and effort required to actually make recycling work as it's not really that profitable for them!!! But this place is one of the best and most professional in the area!!

I will definitely be returning my bottles here on a reg basis. I do not know if they are count on as I always have my bottles bagged and counted and clean when I return them. The place is clean and does not smell like dirty old bottles. Definitely the place to return your recyclables for sure hands down. I’ve never had a problem with any of the staff when I have went there as they have always been nice and genuine.

The older lady there has the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life just completely rude all because I didn't count my bottles before I went there..I thought the hole point of these places is someone counts them for you that's there job if it's that hard find a different job..I know what I brought in should have been alot more money than what I got but I just wanted to get out of there and away from that miserable old hag. Aperently they needed the money more than I did. I should have continued to bring them where I usually do only problem is there not open very often so I tried this place never again. Would not recommend to anyone.
