Recently I had the pleasure of stopping into Perrywinkle's to inquire about getting my wedding ring of 34 years resized. Carol DelGrosso is exactly what her title says, "Sales Professional"! She met me with an extremely calming demeanor, as I was nervous, walked me through what the process was going to be. She told me that I would have my ring back in about a week as their jeweler would have to complete the resizing. To my surprise, I received the call a few days later to come in and pick up my very missed ring as it was ready. Words can not express my gratitude for the job that Perrywinkle's conducted! But I will say the actions of your employee speaks volume's to her dedication to your organization, something that you should be so proud of! She is a true asset to your "Sales" team for sure! Carol, Thank You for a job well done!

Carol D. at the Plattsburgh location was amazing! My wedding ring was in need of repair and when I called she told me to bring it right in. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and I'm thankful for how quickly the jeweler was able to fix my ring. My ring looks just as beautiful as it did when we bought it. Great customer service!
