buyer beware. We are still waiting for a refund a month after we sent the paperwork back into Fibre Tech. They misrepresented themselves from the beginning and kept changing the date for our pool resurfacing. We are waiting for the $450 refund. Terrible business practices. Still waiting for that refund you said was mailed??? TODAY'S MAIL, STILL NO CHECK. I called on Monday and have not received a call back. as of Thursday we still have not received a check from Fibre Tech. Donna, you need to call me ASAP! STILL NO CHECK DONNA! ALSO, NOT RETURNING MY PHONE CALLS. We just received an email stating the check will go out today. 7 days ago you wrote on google review that the check had been mailed. What's up now? August 15 still no check. We received our check 9 mos. after this nightmare began. Customer Service is virtually none existent. I will never use them again.

My sister attempted to do business with this company however they misquoted the project and when she decided not move forward, they keep not only her deposit ( which was understood it would be forfeited). They keep an additional amount of money they had been prepaid. They won’t return emails, calls or texts. Very disappointing treatment!

Customer service is extremely poor. They resurfaced our pool over a month ago. We have an area on the bench seat with a sharp shard in it. We have called several times requesting it be fixed, emailed several times and gotten no service or response from them. Not even to acknowledge our problem and give us a date they can get out here to fix it. We still owe them money that we would be happy to pay once this is resolved and STILL no response! Unbelievable. We waited 7 months in the first place after we signed the contract to get this done. We understood that wait but now that they have most of our money good luck!

It is most unfortunate that this company did work for a previous homeowner and now refuses to even come evaluate the damage that has occured in just a few years after it's completion. Contractors have evaluatend and have shared that the coating should have never even been applied to the existing structure. The company claims mismanagement and has not even seen it. Brittany C refuses to allow management to contact me and claims bad blood....poor business practices to say the least!
