Connie that is Fishing. It is a game of chance with no guarantees. I used to say it was just luck but there must be some skill involved too. I have been out there and caught nothing and the guy next to me keeps bringing them in.... but that is fishing. If I go to a basket ball game and my team does not win.... I don't get my money back .... I just chalk it up to a good time. If I don't win with my lotto ticket ....again I don't expect a refund. I play again next time hoping to win. I hope this helps you understand our position.
