Do not rent from them they assume you take cars longer then expected and then take over a week to give your money back AFTER THEY MESSED UP . This office has been giving me the run around for exactly a week about money owed to me on there error . Customer service is trash they are no help at all working from home and claiming they can’t escalate the situation. The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had renting a car I will not be coming back again and I hope you guys spend your money in a more professional setting

Use caution!! Book elsewhere. Hartford Ave Johnston location. I booked my vehicle online only to be called minutes before arrival and told they only have a Spark or Armada. Neither of which was close to the vehicle I reserved. I was told they are reserved by “other” people.

As of late 2021, this location is short staffed. Local management is doing his best to keep the place running. Overall maintenance of Nissan sedans is lacking, but I can appreciate this is a bigger problem to resolve.
