This location is great. Their curbside pick is very fast. I quit going to the Rock Hill location that is closer to my house because of how much faster this location is.

Recently bought a fridge, that when adding the 5 year warranty totaled over $2,000. The ice maker never worked. We waited an extra day thinking it just needed some time. I tried calling multiple times and got bounced around, but never was able to reach someone. When I finally went to the store I was informed because it was past 48 hours I would have to file a warranty claim. Just be careful because they will sell you defective appliances and it’s past 2 days they won’t do anything to help.

We visited this Home Depot 08-21-22. Ms. Petra went above and beyond giving us 5 Star customer service. We live 2 hours away and needed to get an item that was not available nearby. Ms. Petra made sure my item was retrieved from a top shelf and personally helped us put it in our vehicle.
