Stopped what they were doing and gave us wonderful personalized service for our granddaughter's new bike that we bought at a discount store. It was so badly adjusted when we bought it our granddaughter gave up riding it in near tears after an hour. My very mechanically inclined husband spent well over an hour with the manual. If we had purchased at your shop we would have been way ahead in frustration, time and gas. Thank you for helping our granddaughter to love her bike again!
