Had this shop put a front tire on my vintage motorcycle. When I went to pick it up the owner told me he put a scratch in the chrome rim, so he wasn’t going to charge me for the tire mounting.. When he brought me out the wheel, there were 2 scratches that were actually gouged into the metal and about six inches long on the side of the rim. He then told me that the chrome must of been soft, and just shrugged his shoulders as if it was somehow my fault. He did not offer to have it repaired, and refused to make any restitution towards the damage.
