So ! I can write a book on this topic, but I won't, I keep it breith and straight to the point , this is a new system that they are rolling out , new computer applications , new staff and short staffed and the offices are more of call centers or drop off center as they do in other states other then new Jersey , best advice I can give you if you truly need emergency help you will need to go to the offices and be seen directly, the earlier the better 7:30 8:00 and prepare to wait on a short or long line , make sure you bring plenty of patience for the wait , some days longer then others , and speak respectful to the workers they are ppl just like us . Fyi some of the errors that are being made are computer errors and not the fault of the person you speak to ... This is the matrix reboot 🤔🧐🤣 , get used to it , peace ✌️ and blessings 🙏🏽.

NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE.. I DONT UNDERSTAND IF OFFICE IS CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC, WHY IF THE SOCIAL WORKER CAN'T ASSIST US.. THEY HAS TO ADD AN SUPERVISOR, FOR RESOLVE OUR PROBLEMS.. ME EITHER NOT APPEAR THE BALANCE OF FOOD STAMP.
