This is why you still need locate plumbing stores as any other stores you just can't rely on lowes or Home Depot. Cause at 7-8 pm on a weekday I ran into a problem with my toliet thought I was smart to buy a universal flapper from Home Depot and you guess it right it didn't work like it should have. Sometimes these mom and pop stores just have the right way about going at something. And of course you could look on Amazon or Google search it but it's people who make the difference. Thank you Van Houten plumbing for solving my problem.

Very disappointed. I called and said I needed a specific electrical part. The guy told me to bring in the current (broken) part in and they'd match it up to what they had. I brought it in, he spent a bunch of time looking at it, sold me the part and then, when I got back, turns out it was the wrong part (he forgot to check a crucial, and obvious, spec). No refunds, so I'm out $170. I think it was out of carelessness/negligence rather than malice, but still very disappointing.
