This company is unreliable and nonresponsive. Please don't buy any product from them. Ken is very nice when selling the product. He is non responsive. Some product they sell manufactured in China and warranty is useless. I bought a refrigerator with warranty and it's non functional. "Element" China based manufacturer and Ken both are non responsive. They are not reaping the product or not replacing the product.
