My experience at KIA was terrible, my appointment with Finance was for 12pm, 2 1/2 later I walked out! However Emma is the ultimate professional she was extremely helpful and showed passion during what was a very stressful day. Because of her I came back the following day my appointment was for 1pm and literally was there 15 minutes paperwork signed copies in hand. Thank you Emma!

My experience with Irma was AMAAAZING!!!! I could instantly tell that she cared about making my first car purchase an easy and pleasant process. She was incredibly sweet and very helpful and knowledgeable. She also listened to my needs and met me where I was most comfortable. Everyone at this location was very welcoming and kind. I also worked with Freddy regarding finance and it was a BREEZE! I will absolutely be back here again for any future car purchase. If you’re going to Yonkers Kia, definitely ask for Irma! You will not be disappointed! :)

Service took almost 3 hrs by time they transported my vehicle and preformed the service... told me it was done and just needed to be washed. Took over 1 hr for that

They do provide one but it is not always available. But you can rent a car from nearby Enterprise while your car is being serviced. They pick you up and return you to the dealer.
