I had a wonderful customer service experience from the entire team at this location yesterday. I was not aware that Claire's performed ear piercings and was delighted to walk in for a special the establishment was running for free piercings. The staff was incredible, helped me to pick out the earrings to fit my ears. The entire process from the ear piercing went smooth, and purchasing the accessories. Hats off to this team, and thank you Claire's Cross County for a great retail experience.

My Niece Destiny just got her ear pierced here. The female employee who did it did a very good job, & was nice as well.

Went to get my 7 month olds ears pierced and they are not symmetrical. One is higher than the other. I just pray to God by some miracle it grows evenly. I'm driving myself nuts deciding to repierce because claires couldn't be honest on whether they were qualified to do a job and not play test dummy on an infant. SO NOT HAPPY

Close the store an hour early saying that the registers were down and I drove 15 minutes to come to this store. It's 9: 00pm on Saturday the 25th of June.
