Been having issues with the eyesight technology in my brand new 2022 crosstrek. I have taken my car to bill Cole auto in Princeton multiple times, and have had more issues arise after their initial "repair". I'll call and give them details for my app, when I leave with their discharge papers I notice that NONE of my major complaints are on the paper. They have written what they wanted for my visit and send me out the door with no answers or other repairs. "Customer states remote start not working, caused by, customer states subaru told them to restart the app, they have not done so." Was what was on my most recent paperwork. My chief complaint was that the RAB was disabled, the precollision disabled, blind spot disabled, VDC and hill start assist DISABLED, oh and brake lights stuck on. Was told in the lobby it was a brake switch issue, but never saw that info on my paperwork. I'm done with a run around and no answers. Taking my car back to Tennessee where I bought it since I can't get help here.

Good service, courteous service manager, I'm satisfied with the service, advice, etc. They were really good, as they found a potential problem, so road tested to make sure. They went the extra mile with inspection, and I'm really grateful. Great place, courteous managers, excellent technicians, etc. Also, they do not fix things that don't need fixing. I trust the care of my car to Cole Subaru.
