Nicest park you will ever find! Entryway, homes and lawns are kept up as though it was a gated community filled with million dollar homes and golf courses as backyards!

Yes they do, but the lot rent could be over 200 a month. Very nice place to live. Very well maintained park and the people are very respectful.
