I had agreed to have a salesman come out for a demo for my brother. The salesperson was late, number 1, and number 2, the salesman was informed that I had surgery the day of the demo. I had no intentions of purchasing the vacuum and rightfully so informed the salesman that I should not be signing a legal document. I even attended one of their meetings and spoke with someone about the concern I had. The guy whom was supposed to meet and accompany me to the event met me at the office instead of making the agreed to arrangements. Should have known from that how shady this company was. I was to receive a phone call and never did. Could not get anyone to return call. The rainbow is pretty much useless to us and payments are still being drafted from our account. As to my knowledge, my brother never received the room fresheners he was promised for getting the demos scheduled. Here we are over a year later and still haven't been able to speak to anyone directly. Will contact BBB. It won't be that difficult to prove the day of surgery
