My Whirlpool refrigerator's ice maker stopped making ice again. Last October was the previous occurrence but it took a well-known repair center 9 visits and multiple part replacements to make it work again. So I purchased a Home Warranty to hopefully find a better resource - they contacted Sears Appliance Repair to fix it. The technician arrived today and replaced the ice maker, which wasn't replaced previously. When he left, it was working! Thank you for your time and effort, I'm looking forward to it working without fail from here forward.

They repaired NOTHING could not even figure out what water filter to replace in my Kenmore fridge. The technician was very apologetic that he could not do anything and I had to provide a filter from another source to prove to them the filter exists. Cost me $169 for him to come out just to prove a point because no one at repair service knew anything at all. Sears has very disappointing service repair system
