Beware of this restaurant, they will charge you 5% of service fee for paying credit card WITHOUT notify you, and there is NO SIGN anywhere in the restaurant! I went there for a pick up, the front desk gave me a total of $39 something, I handed over a card then she asked me if I have cash, I told her no, I went to the restroom while she was running my card, I didn’t pay attention how much she charged, I looked at the credit card slip found out she charged me $41 something instead of $39, I called them they explained there is a 5 % service charge for paying credit card but they didn’t mention it before charging it, they didn’t have my permission to charge me extra to my card. It’s a scam ! I asked for a refund of the 5% , They said they will but 2 weeks now they didn’t refund it yet ! They think is small amount of money people don’t care about it ! We’ll let me tell you, it’s not about the $2 it’s about the way you doing business, you can charge 5% as you are the owner, but you have to notify the customers, if not then it’s a scam! I’m calling my bank to file dispute and telling people here to be aware of this restaurant.
