I contacted another company and they came the same day and the cost was substantially lower. The new company answered all my questions and provided a breakdown. I had a toilet in the basement that had flooded up and out and they came and inspected the drain, explained what was going on, and jetted out my drain pipe and the whole process took less than 2 days. The servicemen were professional, helpful and cleaned up after themselves. The problem is now fixed and they explained that the so-called flushable toilet wipes were a big part of the problem. The service was pretty expensive, however, but should get ahead of any worse problems in the future.
