Ordered my normal drink which I literally order every single day at the Arden hills Starbucks and when ordering the girl taking my order was clearly confused so I thought she must be new which is totally fine and understandable. When I got to the window though she legit explained to me how I should order it instead to make it easier for her to understand. First of all, girl that is ur job. Second of all, what on earth was the point of that? What on earth are the chances I go back to this Starbucks and she takes my order again? If you eventually figured it out why tell me how I should’ve said it? So unnecessary and rude and definitely won’t be returning here. Please stop hiring people who don’t understand the first thing about customer service.

The drive through line is extremely slow. There’s also no lane to exit when you start the line. To top it off they didn’t have Cold Brew and that’s what I waited 20 minutes for. I suggested they put a sign out at the drive through entrance warning people of what they are out off.

A quiet yet Social spot for delicious coffees and tea...can hook up to WiFi..or play some card games. Great atmosphere and friendly staff..always a Pleasure to talk to. Great wholesome natural foods..and snacks from breakfast sandwiches to delicious desserts! A wonderful display of gift ideas for that Special someone. Always a delightful place to chill or socialize!
