This is the best U-Haul that I have ever been to since it has been under new management. Keeley is a awesome Manager. The crew is friendly and great when it comes to helping out customers. I would recommend this U- Haul to anyone that is reading this or need a great place to rent a truck or a van. Drove my uhaul 40 miles in just under 2 hours. Was somehow charged for 200 miles and was told to file a dispute. Wasted hours waiting on the phone and finally filled a dispute, and was told everything was taken care of just to be charged anyways. Keep getting redirected to other people and nobody will refund my money. Terrible

The lady there Sunday morning 8/21/22 is the freakn BEST! Went in for a box & left with understanding of the whole infrastructure 😂 She also saved me a couple $$ by leading me in the right direction with shipping supplies & options!! She's freakn awesome.. Much to my surprise this had to be the easiest truck rental experience ever. Truck was as promised and getting it and returning it took just a few minutes. Just be aware there is no parking for customers so if you plan to leave a car you'll need to find somewhere on the street.
