Outstanding service all around

After seeing the good reviews and location I tried to book an appointment and the receptionist said they were swamped and booking far out and told me to “Google” other eye doctors. I said I’d still like to make the appointment if possible and she sighed and put me on a long hold, then came back and said it would be over a month and again told me to go somewhere else. I said I’d like to book the next available appointment and she sighed again. I asked if she was refusing to make an appointment and she was like no, I’ll do whatever you want. It was a bit odd, so I guess I’ll go elsewhere?

My 98year old Mother, Rita Hicks, had an exceptionally thorough eye exam…she was treated Gently and professionally by all the medical personnel that worked with her…when she asked questions they made sure she would understand….we also ordered her glasses there…so easy for her…thank you!

The experience with my provider was excellent. However, I had to wait 45 minutes for my macula test-much too long.
